Prepration

1. Wash the poha thoroughly and drain the water completely.

2. Prepare the vegetables by chopping onions, green chilies, and coriander.

Cooking Poha

1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and green chilies.

2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

3. Mix in the drained poha, turmeric, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently.

4. Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
