Chowmein Ingredients

Noodles, 200, grams

Cabbage, 1/2, cup (shredded)

Carrot, 1, piece (julienned)

Prepration

1. Boil the noodles as per package instructions and drain.

2. Chop and prepare the vegetables for stir-frying.

Cooking Chowmein

1. Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic until fragrant.

3. Mix in the boiled noodles and soy sauce. Toss well to coat evenly.
